ANTIQUE SCRIMSHAW CRIBBAGE BOARD/BOX
The
box is constructed of a tropical wood and is boldly inlaid with whale ivory and mahogany
on all sides. The top is detachable and the inside holds playing cards and 8 hand carved
bone pegs. History states that this came from the Tiltlon Family of Martha's Vineyard.
American
origin - Circa 1850 - 1880.
Very
good condition with some old re-gluing on cover.
